September Ritual: The Scent of Stillness

September always feels like a pause — that soft space between summer’s brightness and autumn’s calm. The air shifts, the evenings cool, and I start to crave slower moments again.
This month’s ritual is all about stillness — letting the noise fade and noticing what remains. I light Acorn Cottage, a blend of pumpkin spice and brown sugar that feels like home in a jar: warm, grounding, and quietly sweet. (And it's Landon's FAV.)
I make a cup of coffee, with a little cream, open the windows just enough to feel the breeze, and let music fill the house. If you’d like to join me, you can listen along to my September playlist, a gentle mix of folk and ambient tracks made for cozy mornings and quiet afternoons.
Light your candle. Sip slowly. Let September remind you that slowing down is its own kind of magic.
